Cancellation Policy
If you can't make your scheduled appointment, 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in your time slot. I understand that emergencies happen, but no-shows or chronic last minute cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
