Therapeutic Massage
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic, as it relaxes muscle tissue, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes, those who sit for long periods of time, and those with repetitive stress.

Your feet hold up your body every day, so they need a little extra attention. Enjoy a foot and lower leg massage with a focus on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet, so massaging the feet can have a relaxation effect on the entire body.

Massage in the comfort of your home or office. I bring everything to you!
If you are a new in-home client, you must be referred or come in for an office visit first.

On-Site Chair Massage

$100/hour - 2 hour minimum
Refer a Friend Program *
In appreciation, for each referral, you will receive 15 minutes of massage time FREE to either be added onto a massage of 60 minutes or more or to accumulate towards a free one hour massage, and your friend will also receive an additional 15 minutes FREE when they rebook their second massage of 60 minutes or more. If you have any friends or family that you feel would benefit from my massage, a referral is greatly appreciated.
